Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Haworthia Europe.

Due to the fact that we sell live plants, our return and refund policy is specifically designed to ensure the safety and health of the plants, while protecting our customers’ rights.

1. Returns of Live Plants

Because plants are perishable goods and their health depends on the environment and care they receive after delivery, we do not accept returns on live plants. Once a plant has been shipped and out of our controlled environment for a certain period, it cannot be safely returned to our nursery without the risk of disease or permanent damage.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our Haworthias to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your plant arrives dead or severely damaged due to shipping issues, we offer a refund or a replacement under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us via email at info@haworthiaeurope.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged plant and the original packaging.
  • The plant must still be in its original condition as received (not repotted or watered).

3. Non-Perishable Items

For any non-living goods (such as substrate or pots, if applicable), you have the right to return the items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for non-perishable items are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Process

Once your claim for a damaged plant is approved, we will process your refund or ship a replacement within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they have been shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated and the plants are with the courier, cancellations are no longer possible.
