Haworthia Maya Nishiki S-21, Cactus Nishi, Japan, Mother Plant is a 9cm rooted specimen.

• Form: Large, multifoliate acaulescent rosette exhibiting exceptional multi-tiered spiral symmetry. The leaves are densely packed into an expansive, low-growing star-shaped formation characteristic of fully mature Japanese mother plants.

• Leaves: Deltoid-acuminate to lanceolate-attenuate, firm, and moderately fleshy. Each leaf tapers gradually to a sharply acute apex tipped with a fine, persistent terminal awn. Margins and prominent dorsal keels are armed with a continuous, comb-like fringe of crisp, pellucid-white denticulate teeth.

• Texture & Windows: The adaxial surfaces feature semi-pellucid, lineate fenestrations traversed by prominent longitudinal veins and delicate subterranean reticulation. The epidermis is smooth, glossy, and slightly channeled toward the leaf base, allowing light to illuminate the translucent inner tissue.

• Color: A brilliant chimera showcasing broad longitudinal bands of vibrant lemon-yellow and creamy-gold variegation set against rich lime and forest-green striations. Under strong illumination, the acute leaf apices and marginal teeth blush with warm apricot-orange and copper-bronze stress tones.
