• Form: This specimen forms an open, spreading rosette of elongated, somewhat flattened leaves. The architecture is less compact than typical variants, displaying a star-like symmetry that exposes the full length of the foliage to ambient light.
• Leaves: The leaves are ovate-lanceolate, tapering gradually to an acute apex tipped with a fine terminal spine. The margins are subtly denticulate, framing the elongated, gently retuse end-areas.
• Texture & Windows: The upper surfaces feature moderately pellucid windows interrupted by continuous, longitudinal green striations. These fenestrated zones are subtly verrucose, scattered with fine, whitish tubercles that impart a slightly frosted, scabrid texture to the leaf face.
• Color: The central foliage displays a muted olive to pale green, while the older, outer leaves exhibit pronounced stress pigmentation. Under current conditions, these basal leaves transition into striking hues of ochre, mustard-yellow, and faded brownish-orange.
