Haworthia Seedling S56 is a 5cm rooted specimen.
• Form: This specimen forms an open, star-like rosette of rigid, ascending foliage. The architecture displays a dramatic, erect habit with narrow, deeply channelled leaves radiating outward and curving slightly incurved at the tips.
• Leaves: The leaves are narrowly deltoid to lanceolate and prominently canaliculate, featuring concave upper surfaces that taper to an acuminate apex. Both the margins and keels are heavily denticulate, armed with a comb-like row of small, sharp, pale teeth that contrast sharply against the dark leaf tissue.
• Texture & Windows: The upper leaf channels feature dark, semi-pellucid windows that are intensely verrucose and scabrid. These fenestrated zones are corrugated with coarse longitudinal ridges and scattered, raised, blister-like tubercles, imparting a deeply textured, raspy feel.
• Color: The pigmentation is extraordinarily dark and dramatic, exhibiting a solid, deep purplish-black to dark crimson-maroon stress coloration across the entire rosette. This intense background is subtly punctuated by isolated, bright golden-yellow variegation specks along the upper margins.
