Haworthia ‘Picta x Maughanii x Black Major’ MS330 is a 6cm rooted specimen.
• Form: Compact, multi-layered acaulescent retusoid rosette composed of spirally arranged, closely packed leaves displaying exquisite radial symmetry and an architectural starburst habit.
• Leaves: Thick, succulent, deltoid to oblong-lanceolate; terminal third recurves cleanly into flattened to subtly convex triangular retuse facets; apex tapers to an acute, mucronate tip; margins and distinct abaxial keels are neatly framed by glassy, white denticulations and delicate micro-cilia.
• Texture & Windows: The adaxial retuse facets feature semi-pellucid windows adorned with fine, raised crystalline micro-papillae and verrucose asperities that yield a frosted, scabrid rugosity inherited from Haworthia emelyae var. major. Distinct longitudinal striations and branching cross-veins weave through the windows, accented by bright, silvery-white maculae and dense flecks.
• Color: Exceptionally melanic base coloration dominated by deep charcoal-black, dark chocolate-brown, and dusky obsidian-green ground tissue. Under strong illumination and lean cultivation, the foliage deepens into a uniform, rich pitch-black and dark purplish-bronze hue, providing intense contrast against the silver-dusted windows.
