Haworthia ‘Picta x Maughanii x Black Major’ MS334 is an 8cm rooted specimen.
• Form: Imposing, multi-layered acaulescent retusoid rosette composed of spirally arranged, ascending to spreading leaves displaying balanced, geometric starburst radial symmetry.
• Leaves: Substantially thickened, succulent, broadly deltoid to ovate-lanceolate; terminal third recurves into flattened to subtly convex triangular retuse facets; apex tapers into an acute, pungent point tipped with a dry, scarious mucro; margins and distinct abaxial keels are neatly framed by glassy, white denticulations and delicate micro-cilia.
• Texture & Windows: The adaxial retuse facets feature expansive, semi-pellucid windows adorned with fine, raised crystalline micro-papillae and verrucose asperities that yield a frosted, scabrid rugosity inherited from Haworthia emelyae var. major. Distinct longitudinal striations and branching tessellated cross-veins course through the windows, accented by dense, silvery-white maculae.
• Color: Saturated deep olive-green to forest-green ground tissue, with active inner leaves exhibiting fresh jade tones and silvery window marbling. Under intense illumination and lean cultivation, the foliage deepens into rich charcoal-bronze, dark chocolate-brown, and purplish-obsidian stress hues.
