Haworthia Seedling S43 is a 5cm rooted specimen.
• Form: This specimen forms an open, star-like rosette of spreading, firm foliage. The architecture displays a rigid, symmetrical structure with leaves radiating horizontally from a compact central axis.
• Leaves: The leaves are deltoid to lanceolate and slightly canaliculate, tapering to a sharply acuminate apex. Both the margins and keels are finely denticulate, armed with a row of small, sharp, pale teeth that frame the leaf outline.
• Texture & Windows: The upper leaf surfaces feature dark, semi-pellucid windows that are intensely verrucose and scabrid. These fenestrated areas are heavily corrugated with raised, glossy, blister-like tubercles and dark longitudinal striations, creating a highly textured face to the touch.
• Color: The pigmentation is exceptionally dark and dramatic, exhibiting a muted dark olive core that transitions into deep blood-red, mahogany, and purplish-black stress colors. This dark background is strikingly punctuated by isolated, bright golden-yellow variegation flecks.
