Haworthia Splendens Like Takashi is a 5cm rooted specimen.
• Form: Acaulescent, low-profile rosette exhibiting impeccable radial symmetry. The triangular, recurved leaves form an ornate, multi-tiered star formation, capturing the prized, compact architecture of high-grade Japanese splendens selections.
• Leaves: Deltoid-triangular, firm, and distinctly recurved at the terminal face. Each leaf tapers to a sharply acute apex crowned by a delicate, persistent terminal awn. Margins and dorsal keels are neatly bordered by a continuous comb of minute, reddish-to-pellucid denticulate teeth.
• Texture & Windows: The apical retuse surfaces bear semi-pellucid fenestrations heavily encrusted with large, raised, glassy tubercles and blister-like papillae arranged in longitudinal series. This rugose, pimpled surface glistens like polished armor, punctuated by sunken, dark longitudinal striations.
• Color: An extraordinary display of intense melanic pigmentation, featuring a deep charcoal, obsidian, and dark chocolate ground. Under high-light cultivation, the entire foliage develops rich violaceous-plum, mahogany, and deep carmine-red anthocyanin stress coloration.
