Haworthia Splendens Like Takashi is a 5cm rooted specimen.
• Form: Acaulescent, low-profile rosette displaying refined radial symmetry. The triangular, retuse leaves arrange into a compact, multi-tiered star formation, capturing the prized low-growing habit characteristic of high-end Japanese splendens selections.
• Leaves: Deltoid-triangular, firm, and distinctly recurved at the terminal facet. Each leaf tapers to a sharply acute apex crowned by a slender, persistent terminal awn. Margins and dorsal keels are finely delineated by a continuous row of minute, pinkish-to-pellucid denticulate teeth.
• Texture & Windows: The apical retuse surfaces feature semi-pellucid fenestrations heavily studded with raised, rounded, glassy tubercles and blister-like papillae arranged in neat longitudinal series. This rugose, pimpled surface glistens with a polished sheen, dissected by dark, sunken longitudinal striations.
• Color: Deep charcoal, dark chocolate, and dusky plum-black melanic pigmentation. Under high-light cultivation and lean watering, the entire leaf surface develops rich maroon, violet-bronze, and rosy-crimson anthocyanin stress coloration, particularly across the textured window tubercles.
