Haworthia tortuosa ‘Kotengu Nishiki’ Variegated is a 5cm rooted specimen.
• Form: Distinctly caulescent, columnar growth habit with rigid leaves congested in a three-ranked (trifarious) to tightly spiraled arrangement, forming a geometric, multi-tiered architectural column.
• Leaves: Triangular-lanceolate, coriaceous, and patent to spreading; the upper surface is shallowly concave, while the lower surface is strongly convex with an acute, prominent keel; apex tapers into a sharply acute, pungent point; margins and keels are finely scabrid, lined with minute, rough cartilaginous denticulations.
• Texture & Windows: Surfaces are completely opaque and non-fenestrated, densely covered with minute, raised, concolorous to whitish tubercles that produce a distinctive muricate to verrucose rugosity across both leaf faces. Fine longitudinal striations trace along the leaf flanks, accentuated by the variegated tissue.
