- Availability: All orders are subject to availability. Rare species may be removed from sale if the health of the plant is deemed insufficient for shipping.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Currency: All prices are listed in Euro (€).
- Taxes: Prices include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout (e.g., Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Stripe). Your order will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

- International Shipping: We ship across the European Union and selected international destinations.
- Handling Time: Due to the delicate nature of the plants, we usually ship orders on Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid plants being held in courier warehouses over the weekend.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of their local customs and import regulations regarding live plants. Haworthia Europe is not responsible for items seized, destroyed, or delayed by customs authorities in the buyer’s country.
