Shipping Information for Your Haworthia Plants
If you’re purchasing one of our very well-rooted and established offsets or seedlings (as shown in the pictures), please read the following shipping details carefully. Our plants are grown in a 3-inch pot and are shipped bare rooted directly from Bulgaria, within the European Union.

You are buying a robust and well-established offset or seedling.

Size Notice:
The plant size provided is an approximate measurement taken while the plants are growing. Please note that once the plants are removed from the soil to dry before packing and shipping, they may shrink slightly. All measurements are therefore approximate.

Method:
Plants are shipped as bare roots via priority registered mail.

Tracking:
A tracking number is provided once your item is sent.

Combined Shipping:
When ordering more than one item, combined shipping is available.

Optimal Conditions:
Plants will only be shipped if the weather conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) are optimal. Please ensure that the weather in your country is not extreme, as harsh conditions may harm the plants. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages caused by unsuitable weather conditions.

Delivery Time:
Delivery time is outside of our control and responsibility, however as a reference the standard shipping time within Europe is around a week.

Expedited Shipping Options in Europe
Faster Shipping Available:
Expedited shipping can be provided if needed. However, we do not recommend it because:
– It is typically 2–3 times more expensive.
– the s tandard shipping usually delivers within approximately one week, which is a normal and safe timeframe that ensures the plants remain healthy.

Sales Orientation:
Our website is primarily oriented towards sales within Europe.

For International Buyers:
If you live outside Europe and wish to purchase Haworthia, please note the following:

Regulatory Requirements:
We do NOT provide a phytosanitary certificate or CITES papers (these documents are not required within the European Union). Please check your local customs regulations regarding plant importation.

Buyer Responsibility:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the import requirements with the relevant agricultural authorities in your country. We will not be held responsible for any customs delays, confiscations, or import duty issues.

Website Settings:
The website settings only allow selection of European countries by default. Please contact us first if you are located outside Europe.

Shipping Fees:
The shipping fee depends on the weight and destination of your order.
