Haworthia maughanii x badia ‘S147’ is a 6cm rooted specimen.
• Form: Stemless, robust star-shaped rosette displaying an orderly spiral phyllotaxis, with leaves held low, spreading, and gracefully recurved.
• Leaves: Broadly deltoid to ovate-lanceolate, thick and turgid; each blade curves gently downward to expose an expansive, flattened-convex retuse face that tapers into a sharply acuminate apex; margins and subtle keels are finely bordered with sharp, translucent-to-whitish denticulate micro-teeth.
• Texture & Windows: The broad apical windows are strongly rugose and verrucose, characterized by raised, blister-like rounded tubercles aligned along longitudinal ridges; semi-pellucid window tissue lies beneath this corrugated surface, accented by deep vascular striations.
• Color: Saturated, dark mahogany and chocolate-bronze stress pigmentation suffusing the mature foliage, shifting toward deep charcoal-plum in high light, while younger central leaves retain subtle olive-green and slate undertones beneath the glossy tubercles.
